Terms and Policies

These terms explain how booking, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds work for Reiki healing sessions and Reiki classes with Insight Holistic Health. They are kept simple on purpose, because life happens and Beth would rather make things easy for you.

Healing sessions

Sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Your confirmation email includes a button at the bottom that lets you reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself, right up until the time of your session.

Classes

Classes are also booked through Acuity Scheduling, and you can cancel your registration yourself using the button in your confirmation email, right up until the time of your class. There are no class deposits.

If you would prefer a different class date, cancel your registration using that same button, then find the date you want on the Reiki Classes page and email Beth asking to transfer your registration to it. She will make the transfer and send you an email confirming the change.

To receive certification for a class, you attend the class in its entirety.

If you miss a session or class

If you miss a session or class, simply contact Beth to request a refund or to reschedule. You can do this for any reason and at any time afterwards. There is no time limit.

Refunds

To request a refund, email Beth at beth@insightholistichealth.com. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 days, minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. That fee is what the payment processor charges to handle the transaction, and it is not returned to Beth when your refund is issued. No additional fee is charged.

Gift certificates and 3-Packs

Gift certificates and 3-Pack session packages do not expire.

Health disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary practice that supports relaxation and well-being. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and Beth does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Please continue to follow the advice of your doctor or other licensed health care provider, and consult them about any health concern.
