How to ensure important Reiki emails land in your Inbox
A 30-second fix so Beth's class emails reach your inbox.
Can’t find your email?
Your email app is likely filing these messages in a secondary tab: Gmail’s Promotions tab, Outlook’s Other tab, or Promotions and Updates in Apple Mail, where they’re easy to miss.
Here’s a quick step to make sure your class registration confirmations and class updates arrive in your main inbox, so you don’t miss important information about your classes.
In Gmail
Check your Promotions tab for emails from Beth Wishbow RMT and Insight Holistic Health.
On Laptop
- Open the Promotions tab.
- Drag one of Beth’s emails from the Promotions tab into the Primary (Inbox) tab at the top of your screen.
- A message appears at the bottom left asking whether to move all future emails from this sender. Click Yes before it disappears.
On Phone
- Tap the three lines in the upper left to open the menu.
- Open the Promotions tab.
- Press and hold an email from Insight Holistic Health or Beth until a checkmark appears.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Move to.
- Tap Primary.
Using Outlook or Apple Mail instead?
Same idea, just a few different taps. Open the one you use.
In Outlook
On Laptop
- Go to Settings (the gear icon), then Mail, then Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, select Add and enter beth@insightholistichealth.com.
- Tap the Other tab at the top of your inbox.
- Open an email from Beth Wishbow RMT or Insight Holistic Health.
- Tap the three dots at the bottom right.
- Select Move to Focused Inbox.
- Tap Always Move, so Outlook sends future emails from Beth to the Focused tab and you won’t miss them.
In Apple Mail
Apple added mail categories in 2024, and they now appear on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
On iPhone or iPad
If you would rather not deal with categories at all, you can switch them off. On a Mac, choose View, then Show Mail Categories. On iPhone, tap the three dots at the top of the inbox, then List View.
On iPhone or iPad
- Tap the category buttons across the top of the inbox and look in Promotions or Updates.
- Open a message from Beth Wishbow RMT or Insight Holistic Health.
- Tap the three dots at the top of the message list.
- Choose Categorize Sender.
- Choose Primary, then tap Continue.
- Click the category buttons across the top of the inbox and look in Promotions or Updates.
- Right click the message, or click the sender’s name.
- Choose Categorize Sender.
- Choose Primary.
